Running late, I sat down in the cinema just in time for the beginning of Godzilla: King of the Monsters, the latest big lizard flick in a cinematic universe that includes the last King Kong movie. It was surprisingly ok, better than the first in terms of acting and monster on monster action. There’s a three headed dragon with the silhouette of Lucifer’s crown that breathes lightning and a giant moth made of light, as well as other things. They fight. It was pretty entertaining for a cheap thrill.
